Highly recommend Golden Motors, especially working with Doug! I was coming all the way from Raleigh, NC (3.5hr drive), so I called ahead to make sure the car was still available. Doug verified it right away and even sent a detailed video walk-through of the interior and exterior before I drove out. The purchase was super quick and easy. Awesome service from start to finish!

In my experience, buying a used car can sometimes mean dealing with shady or dishonest people. That was not at all my experience at Golden. First of all, when you walk in you get Ms. Viki, who is an absolute ball of joy and starts your experience off right. When it came to sales, I worked with Tyler and he was fantastic. He was responsive to my calls, answered questions when I had them, and looked for answers when he didn't. Most importantly, he talked to me, not at me, and was never pushy. And their finance guy, Blake? Amazing. I came in with financing already lined up, and they managed to beat my rate by almost a full percentage point. They also weren't pushy about add-ons or trying to sneak things into the deal. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I felt like I was treated fairly throughout the entire process, and I'd recommend Golden time and time again. Oh, and by the way, their mascot is a Golden retriever, which honestly might be all you need to know. Big-time Golden energy.
